Some YouTube TV users are complaining about problems accessing their DVR library.

One user said on Reddit that they couldn’t get anything to play, and instead see an “Oops” error message instead. Other Reddit users have chimed in, saying they’ve encountered the same issue. One noted that they’re able to access the content, but there’s a long delay.

The YouTube Reddit account jumped in, noting that “engineers are aware of the issue and are now working on a fix.”

It’s unclear how widespread the issue is. One user said it’s happening on their TCL Roku TV, but it may be affecting other devices and smart TVs.

YouTube TV is occasionally hit with glitches like buffering issues, or problems with fast forwarding, but typically gets them resolved within a day or two.
