Broadway shows may be postponed, but that doesn’t mean you can’t see your favorite stars perform. With the help of John Krasinski, cast members from the Broadway’s Hamilton united for a special performance for one young fan.
Krasinki’s “Some Good News” YouTube show was back with episode 2, and this time he Zoom called Aubrey, a young girl who’s New York trip to see Hamilton was cancelled due to coronavirus. But Krasinski lived up to his show’s title and brought some good news to Aubrey, saying he would send her and her mother to the broadway show after once it starts back up.
Then, Lin Manuel Miranda “crashed” the Zoom call, along with more than a dozen other Hamilton cast members to perform “Alexander Hamilton,”

If you’re missing musical theatre and Broadway productions during the pandemic, there are becoming more and more streaming options while everyone’s stuck inside. Recently, the Metropolitan Opera announced its “Nightly Met Opera Streams,” on its website, a series of Live in HD presentations you can stream for free. And London’s National Theatre is offering a new play you can stream for free every Thursday night through May.
