The Roku Channel has made two big updates that will give viewers more options for enjoying live TV.
Starting today, if you’re a subscriber of Premium Subscriptions (HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Starz and EPIX) through The Roku Channel, you’ll be able to see any live/linear content from those subscriptions directly on the guide.
Additionally, for Roku TV users who are using an HD antenna, you’ll be able view over-the-air content alongside all of the over-the-top programming available on The Roku Channel.
There are now over 100 linear channels, all available for free through Roku’s Live TV Channel Guide. Here’s the full list:

To access the Live TV Channel Guide, open The Roku Channel on your Roku device and look for the new “Live TV” tile on the home screen. While you’re watching live content, press the left arrow on your remote to go back to the guide.
