Thinking of leaving T-Mobile? The carrier thinks its new promotions might make you reconsider.

T-Mobile is offering two different discounts under a promotion internally named “Stay Magenta,” according to documents obtained by The Mobile Report.

Under the promotion, which is only available through can only receive the offer through “Customer Care,” users who want to leave T-Mobile can be offered a $10 discount on their bill for the next six months or a $25 discount for the next two months. If you accept, the discount will be applied to your bill as a credit.

To keep getting the discount, you must stay with T-Mobile for the promotion period. It’s unclear when the discount ends.

Customers can only receive the offer through “Customer Care,” which likely means over the phone or through a T-Force chat.

T-Mobile frequently offers discounts and special promotions to existing and new customers. Earlier this month, the carrier offered select customers a free line on their plan as well as a monthly bill credit to cover the cost.

This latest deal comes after T-Mobile reported strong mobile growth during its third quarter earnings call. The carrier added 1.3 million new customers for a total of 117.9 million customers.

T-Mobile declined to comment.
