March Madness has arrived and as 68 teams are currently competing for a national championship, they aren’t the only women’s college basketball teams searching for glory during the postseason.
For the first time, 32 teams will compete in the Women’s Basketball Invitation Tournament (WBIT) which is the sister tournament to the Men’s National Invitational Tournament (NIT) as they are both NCAA-sanctioned events. If you’re trying to get your fix during March Madness, you can watch the Men’s NCAA tournament too. Plus, you can find many entertaining basketball titles that are available to stream during March.
With the WBIT, the losers of the First Four will be the top four seeds in the tournament and all regular season champs that didn’t make the Big Dance will get their invite. The final four teams will face off at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, which is the site of the men’s NIT semis and finals as well.
