youtube tv logoBack in August YouTube TV dropped support for ESPN3 upsetting many sports fans. This was later confirmed by YouTube TV’s official Reddit account. According to YouTube TV as of August 2019, ESPN3 is no longer offered to YouTube TV subscribers through the ESPN app.

Now though it seems that YouTube TV has re-added ESPN3 support as Cord Cutters News has confirmed that YouTube TV is once again supporting ESPN3. (This was confirmed on the WatchESPN website. Support for ESPN can vary by the device you use.)

So what is ESPN? ESPN3 gives additional access to ESPN content like games airing on ABC and games not airing on any ESPN channel. You will often find additional games that ESPN covers.

Google has not officially commented on ESPN3 returning to YouTube TV. Have you noticed ESPN3 once again working with YouTube TV? Leave us a comment and let us know what you found.
