Today YouTube TV started to contact customers that paid for the MLB.TV add-on to inform them that it will also be leaving the service.

“We recently informed members about our deal expiration with the MLB Network on January 31, 2023. Unfortunatly, this also affects the MLB.TV add-on and standalone channel on YoUTube TV.” YouTube TV said in an email to customers today.

Starting today MLB.TV content is no longer available on YouTube TV. If you have been subscribing to it YoUTube TV is automatically canceling your subscription.

If you have YouTube TV and want the MLB.TV add-on, you will need to subscribe to it directly through MLB.TV.

In 2023 MLB. TV will cost you $24.99 a month or $149.99 a year. This is about a $10 price hike. With that, though, you will get access to Minor League games that you previously had to pay separately for. You will also get select spring training games.

MLB.TV will also offer an expanded on-demand lineup of content. Giving MLB fans even more content to watch between games.
