YouTube TV has added Pickleballtv (PBTV) to its channel lineup, marking the debut of the first 24/7 network dedicated entirely to pickleball, a sport that has seen a 311% surge in participation over the past three years. The channel is now available to all YouTube TV subscribers as part of the platform’s broadest level of service, expanding access to professional pickleball content for viewers across the United States. This addition aligns with the sport’s growing popularity and aims to bring its fast-paced action to a wider audience through one of the nation’s leading live TV streaming platforms.

Pickleballtv offers comprehensive coverage of the sport, including live broadcasts of Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) Tour events and Major League Pickleball (MLP) matches. The channel also features international competitions, such as those held in Melbourne, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, and Da Nang, alongside collegiate and junior tournaments. In addition to live events, the network provides highlights, original programming, and lifestyle content tailored to pickleball enthusiasts. This diverse array of programming ensures that both dedicated fans and newcomers to the sport can engage with its dynamic community and competitive scene.
To celebrate its launch on YouTube TV, Pickleballtv has scheduled a two-hour live special, Pickleballtv Live, airing at 7 p.m. ET. The program, hosted by Steve Weissman, Jessie Irvine, Matt Manasse, and Dave Fleming, will include appearances by special guests. The network also announced the upcoming premiere of a new original series, Celebrity Pickleball, set to debut later this season. Hosted by Matt Manasse, the series will showcase well-known figures such as Drew Brees, Katie Couric, and Trae Young, offering a unique blend of entertainment and sport.
Looking ahead, Pickleballtv will broadcast the Jenius Bank Pickleball World Championships, taking place from October 31 to November 9 in Dallas. The event, which last year drew over 57,000 attendees, is described as the world’s largest pickleball festival, featuring top athletes and a vibrant fan experience along “Pickleball Boulevard.” The addition of Pickleballtv to YouTube TV reflects the sport’s rapid growth and the network’s commitment to making pickleball accessible through various platforms, including the Pickleballtv app, Pickleballtv.com, and free streaming services. This move positions YouTube TV as a key destination for fans seeking to follow the sport’s biggest moments and emerging stars.
