Today just in time for Thanksgiving YouTube TV added POP to their line up. Pop is a CBS owned cable network that focuses primarily on popular culture shows. No announcement about the addition of Pop was made but it is now showing up on the YouTube TV website under the networks they offer.
Pop TV describes themselves as:

Pop TV currently airs a long list of shows including That 70s Show, The Love Boat, Beverly Hills 90210, ER, and more. They also reair several classic daytime soap opera shows including The Bold and The Beautiful and The Young And The Restless.
