Late yesterday, DIRECTV started to inform its DIRECTV STREAM customers about a new bundle offer to manage both your Netflix and DIRECTV together into a single bill. This offer is not a discount but a way to manage your Netflix and DIRECTV STREAM bill in a single place.
There are a few catches, though as this offer is only good for the Netflix Premium plan which costs $22.99 a month. As best we can tell the cheaper Netflix plans are not offered at this time.
Also, this offer will not stream Netflix inside DIRECTV STREAM. Instead, you will still use the Netflix app to access this connection as this offer is just about managing the billing through DIRECTV. If you are already a Netflix and DIRECTV STREAM customer, you can link the two accounts together.
In a statement on Reddit about the new bundle, DIRECTV said:
We appreciate your view about our integrated bill, now including Netflix. We added this benefit for $22.99/mo to have all your charges in the same place.
