May is officially recognized as National Pet Month, and FandangoNOW has a round-up of film titles for you to enjoy with your furry friend. Now is the perfect time to watch your favorite onscreen dogs with your own pup at home.

“The greatest movie dogs are timeless,” says Fandango Managing Editor Erik Davis. “These animals represent companionship, loyalty, thoughtfulness and family bonding, which are all values so important to us during this challenging time. Even if you don’t have a dog or if your pet isn’t a dog, it’s hard to resist these memorable and highly watchable on-screen canines.”

Here’s a list of top-dog picks that you and your pet can bond over. (Or just watch them by yourself if you’re dog isn’t much for TV.) All these titles have a Rotten Tomatoes rating of 85% or higher.

The top dog movies include:

  • OLD YELLER – 100%
  • 101 DALMATIONS (1961) – 98%
  • WALLACE & GROMIT: THE CURSE OF THE WERE-RABBIT – 95%
  • BEST IN SHOW  – 94%

  • LASSIE COME HOME – 94%
  • LADY AND THE TRAMP – 93%
  • ISLE OF DOGS – 90 %

  • BOLT – 89%
