Warner Bros. Discovery has given its sports division a new name.

The media company rebranded WBD Sports as TNT Sports in the United States. This comes after Warner Bros. Discovery rebranded the division in the United Kingdom and Latin America.

This comes as more media companies are investing in live sports to draw in viewers.

In December, sports claimed 56 spots on Variety‘s annual 100 most-watched primetime telecasts list. The slots included 45 NFL games, six for NBA finals, three for NCAA Basketball March Madness, and one for each college football and Fox’s The OT NFL postgame show.

Companies are also looking for ways to consolidate their offerings amid a congested entertainment market.

TNT is one of Warner Bros. Discovery’s biggest cable channels and home to the NBA.

The live sports offered on Max, Warner Bros. Discovery’s streamer, will also be under the new TNT Sports umbrella under the B/R Sports Add-on. This includes the MLB, NHL, NBA, U.S. Soccer, and the NCAA March Madness tournament as well as Bleacher Report and Golf Digest.

The news was reported earlier by The Hollywood Reporter.
