ViX’s ‘Premium with Ads’ Now Available to Spectrum TV Customers Ahead of Major Soccer Events

Charter Communications, Inc., and TelevisaUnivision have announced that Spectrum TV customers can now access ViX’s new ad-supported premium subscription, “Premium with Ads,” at no additional cost. This addition, part of a multi-year agreement, is available to those with Univision as part of their Spectrum TV Select or Mi Plan Latino packages. Just in time for the CONMEBOL Copa América and UEFA Euro 2024 semifinals and title games, customers can immediately enjoy ViX’s 17,000 hours of premium content, including original series, movies, and live sports, with limited ads.

Tom Montemagno, Executive Vice President of Programming Acquisition for Charter, emphasized the value this brings to Spectrum customers: “The addition of ViX’s Premium with Ads to our Spectrum TV Select and Mi Plan Latino plans will enable our customers to watch even more premium Spanish-language content as part of their Spectrum video service. ViX’s ad-supported premium tier provides subscribers with access to an extensive range of original content, including popular series such as “Lalola,” “El Extraño Retorno de Diana Salazar,” “El Gallo de Oro,” and “De Viaje con los Derbez.” Subscribers can also enjoy hit movies like “Es por su bien,” “Radical,” and “¿Quieres ser mi hijo?,” alongside highly anticipated releases like “Chiquis Sin Filtro” and “Y Llegaron de Noche.”

Soccer enthusiasts will benefit from ViX’s extensive coverage, including Liga MX, the most-watched soccer league in the United States, and the prestigious UEFA Champions League.
