Vidgo, a live TV streaming service offering ESPN, FS1, and more, has been down for almost a week now leaving many to wonder if the service will shut down. Cord Cutters News has confirmed with Vidgo that this outage is caused by a vendor dispute. According to Vidgo, the vendor changed the terms of the contract in the middle of the contract, resulting in the outage.

Now a Vidgo representative has confirmed to Cord Cutters News today that they do not plan to shut down and hope to have this issue resolved soon with the vendor. Vidgo says it will be issuing a two-week credit to all subscribers and $10 off for the next six months because of the issue. This comes as Vidgo works with the vendor to restore service.

Vidgo is now available on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, as well as Android & iOS mobile devices, and on the web. Vidgo now offers over 15,000 movies and TV shows free to subscribers of their live TV service. Vidgo also now has over 40,000 on-demand titles on top of its 150+ live channels. This makes Vidgo one of the largest on-demand streaming services that also offers live channels.

Vidgo costs $69.99 per month, you can stream over 110+ live channels, on-demand, and record the event with DVR. Current subscribers will get $10 off a month for the next six months bringing the cost of the service down to $59.99.

This is breaking news more to come soon. We will also post new updates one the service is back online.
