USDish will pay the perfect candidate $1,234 to rewatch five classic movies of their choice, all you have to do is take some notes along the way.
With so many remakes and sequels out there, the company is curious to see if the new ones make viewers feel the same way as the originals did when they first premiered. That’s where you come in. USDish is enlisting one lucky candidate to watch five of their favorite childhood movies and report back on how their experience differed from watching the movies as kids.
You can choose from movies like The Princess Bride, Hocus Pocus, Harry Potter, and more. The winner will receive access to their 5 chosen movies, $1,234 in cash (that’s about $245 per movie!), and a box of treats from the decade they grew up in (and perhaps they’ll get Harry Potter Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans).

Applications will be accepted now until December 17th, 2021 at 12 PM MT on the official application page. To apply, applicants must tell the company which 5 childhood movies they would want to watch if they were picked. For bonus points, applicants can include a video of why this is the perfect adventure for them. The more creative, the better!
