Apple TV and Remote

Apple TV and RemoteFor over a month now we have been hearing reports of a new Apple TV. Apple recently released beta software for the Apple TV that included code for a new Apple TV.

Many expected Apple to announce the new Apple TV with a new remote at Apple’s March 31, 2020, event. Now Apple has reportedly delayed their March 31, 2020, event and, according to sources, it is being delayed because of the Coronavirus.

Reports are Apple’s supply of new products has been delayed because of factories in China being closed for a short time as they dealt with the Coronavirus. Apple is also reportedly concerned about holding a major event as fears over the Coronavirus are at their highest.

This news comes as a host of movies, festivals, and conventions have been delayed. Apple has recently been working hard to allow employees to work from home or make other arrangements to address the fears over the Coronavirus. Delaying this event is consistent with Apple’s recent company policies.

For now, we will have to wait and see what Apple announces when they hold their big event later this year.
