‘The Haunting of Bly Manor’ Hits No.2 on Nielsen’s Top Ten Streaming Chart

October is a big month for horrors and thrillers, and last month was no exception. While the popular Schitt’s Creek held onto the #1 spot on Nielsen’s weekly top streaming list, Netflix’s The Haunting of Bly manor found its way to second place with 1,175 million minutes streamed across its 9 episodes for the week ending Oct. 11. The Netflix Original American Gothic thriller is the second entry in the Haunting anthology series, following 2019’s The Haunting of Hill House.

Another spooky Halloween title stands at number 3, and yet another Netflix title. Adam Sandler’s Hubie Halloween is third on the weekly list, with 969 million viewing minutes.

A notable newcomer to the top ten family is Emily in Paris. The comedy-drama stars Lilly Collins as Emily who moves to France to work in a high-end marketing firm and gets into plenty of predicaments and love triangles along the way.

Once again, Netflix almost made a clean sweep of all top ten spots on Nielsen’s chart. The only non-Netflix title is Amazon’s The Boys, which has been holding on for a few weeks now.
