Back in May 2023, Pearl TV announced that ADTH is officially certifying a new ATSC 3.0 Nextgen TV from ADTH and Tolka. This new tuner will allow you to connect to any Android or Linux platform and receive free over-the-air Nextgen TV with an antenna. You can also connect directly through HDMI to your TV.
Now the ADTH 3.0 NextGen Tuner has started to ship to customers who pre-ordered it. According to a press release sent to Cord Cutters News. ADTH also announced their boxes will ship with DRM support built-in, meaning that encrypted ATSC 3.0 channels will be able to be watched with this tuner.
ATSC 3.0 NextGen TV offers the promise of 4K TV, better signal coverage, improved alerts, on-demand, and more all through your antenna. However, to take advantage of this, you will need a new tuner, and right now, with many channels becoming encrypted, you will want one with the needed DRM to view these channels.

The MSRP for the NEXTGEN TV receiver is $119.99, and it is available for pre-order at the discounted price of $89.99 for a limited time. Currently, ADTH is shipping pre-orders first, and we do not know when new pre-orders will ship.
