T-Mobile has long been known for its great customer service. Now, according to reports from Reddit, T-Mobile will soon give customers at its so-called Experience stores the ability to offer bill credits, cancel lines, and more, just like its care teams will, but in person.

T-Mobile has a few different types of stores. Neighborhood stores are the standard stores you see everywhere. There are a handful of Experience stores in every market. These stores will have highly trained staff who have the ability to fix issues you may have in person. Only at these stores will you be able to get help with more issues than the standard store, according to multiple T-Mobile employees on Reddit.

For customers, this means if you are struggling with some kind issues with your T-Mobile service they will have the abilities to make it right as best they can. With these new experience stores, you will find T-Mobile employees who can help with business plans, a care team to address issues, and tech support staff to help you fix common issues. These stores will reportedly be focused on customer service and retaining customers vs sales.

For customers of T-Mobile who would rather not wait on hold or use a chat system, these T-Mobile stores could be the answer.

With this move, T-Mobile could stand out from other companies that offer online-only or phone-only customer service. Increasingly, a growing number of discount phone companies offer no in-person support. T-Mobile could differentiate itself from these companies by offering better customer service with in-person support.

T-Mobile has yet to officially announce these new stores but reports are that will happen in the next few weeks.
