T-Mobile today announced the launch of three new 5G Home and Small Business Internet plans designed to deliver exceptional value and a customer-centric experience. The new plans, named Rely, Amplified, and All-In Internet, offer a range of options to meet the diverse needs of consumers and small businesses.

T-Mobile is prioritizing customer satisfaction by offering Price Lock with all new plans, ensuring that monthly rates remain consistent for as long as customers stay on their chosen plan. This commitment to price stability contrasts with the practices of some competitors who often raise prices significantly after promotional periods end.

“We’re focused on giving customers more — more value, more benefits and the hassle-free experience they deserve,” said Allan Samson, Chief Broadband Officer at T-Mobile. “That’s why we’re revamping our internet plans and introducing our All-In plan that includes Hulu and Paramount+ on Us, alongside affordable prices with Price Lock.”

Here’s a breakdown of the new plans:

  • Rely Internet: This plan provides all the essentials for reliable Wi-Fi, including unlimited data, a 5G gateway, and Price Lock, starting at $50/month or $35/month with any voice line.
  • Amplified Internet: This enhanced plan offers faster speeds with T-Mobile’s latest 5G gateway, Advanced Cyber Security for households, and a Mesh device for small businesses. It’s available for $60/month or $45/month with any voice line.
  • All-In Internet: T-Mobile’s most value-packed plan, offering nearly $300/year in value for homes and small businesses. Priced at $70/month or $55/month with any voice line, it includes:
    • For Home Internet customers: Everything in the Amplified plan plus Hulu and Paramount+ on Us, a Mesh device for enhanced Wi-Fi coverage, and 24/7 support for smart devices with Assurant® Personal TechPro.
    • For Small Business Internet customers: Builds on the Amplified plan with an additional Mesh device, 24/7 support for smart devices, and starting February 2025, Microsoft 365 on Us for access to essential productivity tools.

In addition to the new plans, T-Mobile is offering a limited-time promotion for new Home Internet customers. They can receive a free Amazon Fire TV or $150 back via a virtual prepaid Mastercard when signing up online for one of the new plans.

The Rely, Amplified, and All-In Internet plans will be available to new and existing customers starting Wednesday, December 11th.

This move by T-Mobile further solidifies its position as a disruptive force in the internet service provider market, offering competitive pricing, attractive benefits, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
