Today, T-Mobile rolled out a $ 15-a-month backup 5G Business Internet Backup. This service says it will offer up to 7 days worth of reliable 5G internet during internet outages.

T-Mobiles’s new service is meant to be paried with a traditional internet provider. This is meant to keep you online if your internet services goes down. Allowing you to switch over until your main internet provider comes backonline.

While this may be targeting mostly businesses, many, including those who work from home, may see this as a great option to stay online. T-Mobile’s 5G service will let you always stay online even if your internet services go down during a storm. For companies, that could mean keeping your doors open and avoiding a major loss from an extended internet outage.

You can learn more about this service on T-Mobile’s website HERE.
