T-Mobile
T-Mobile’s 5G Internet service skips equipment rentals and is available for $40 per month with no contracts if you have a premium voice line from T-Mobile.
Other plans include $50 a month if you have a regular wireless phone plan. If you do not have a plan with T-Mobile, it will cost you $60 a month.
T-Mobile also has a Travelers Plan that starts at $160 a month and lets you take your 5G Home Internet with you anywhere you go.

Verizon’s 5G Home starts at $35, offers a Wi-Fi 6 router, and comes with a 2-year price guarantee. This plan is $60 a month without a wireless plan.
Verizon’s 5G Home Plus starts at $45, offers a Wi-Fi 6 router, and comes with a 3-year price guarantee along with Verizon’s unlimited cloud backup. This plan is $80 a month without a wireless plan.

T-Mobile
T-Mobile says their service could slow you down if you use over 1.2 TB of space a month until the start of the next month.
Verizon
Verizon’s 5G Home Internet is data cap free.
Routers
Both companies offer free hardware. T-Mobile is offering a new improved version with a mesh network for an extra fee. That plan will cost $70 a month for the upgraded router and service.
Speed
Speed will depend on where you live, but in testing both services offered between 100 Mbps down and 300 Mbps down on average. This is more than enough to stream multiple 4K streams of Netflix at the same time.
