Svengoolie’s Halloween BOO-Nanza is back for its third consecutive year, ready to haunt screens with a full month of frightful content. MeTV’s popular Halloween programming event promises another memorable season, designed for the entire family to enjoy. Hosted by the legendary horror master Svengoolie (played by Rich Koz, now in his incredible 45th year), the BOO-Nanza brings a delightful mix of spine-chilling and kooky classics, including back-to-back movies every Saturday night throughout October.

This year’s event features the debut of the House of Svengoolie, where Svengoolie’s trusted crew, the Sven Squad, takes over his dungeon for some ghastly fun. The Sven Squad, featuring Gwengoolie (Sarah Palmer), IMP (Scott Gryder), and Nostalgiaferatoo (Bill Leff), will bring even more excitement to the BOO-Nanza with their special appearances and the long-awaited additions of two Jim Henson masterpieces, Labyrinth and The Dark Crystal, to the Svengoolie library.

In addition to the Saturday night double features, MeTV has packed October with spooky-themed marathons, including iconic series like The Twilight Zone and Kolchak: The Night Stalker, along with encore presentations of Sventoonie. Fans can also look forward to special Halloween-themed westerns, classic TV comedies, and the season 5 finale of Collector’s Call, featuring an eerie Halloween mask collection.

“We are amazed to be celebrating 45 years of Svengoolie,” said Rich Koz. “Our third annual BOO-Nanza will be unforgettable with the long-awaited presentation of Invaders from Mars and the debut of our Sven Squad taking the spotlight. Every Saturday night will be like Halloween!”
