Speedvision, an auto entertainment network, celebrates its first anniversary today by launching free ad-supported streaming television linear channels on Sling Freestream in the U.S. and Samsung TV Plus in the European Union.
U.S. customers can stream Speedvision content on Sling Freestream, while millions of Samsung Smart TV owners in the EU can catch Speedvision’s lineup of “blue-chip vehicle” entertainment, promising diverse, compelling coverage and high-octane programming.
“This influx of distribution growth is a huge exclamation mark on what’s been a tremendous first year for the reborn Speedvision network,” said Rober Scanlon, president and chief executive officer at Speedvision. “Sling Freestream offers access to sizable audiences here in the States, while EU distribution via Samsung TV Plus represents a significant step in Speedvision’s international strategy. We’re thrilled with our first year, but we’re not surprised. Speedvision’s signature auto entertainment resonates uniquely with the enormous car-passionate audience and connects seamlessly with the legions of advertisers seeking to reach them.”
Speedvision is a network brand “that started the auto entertainment revolution.” It hosts more than 700 hours of programs featuring iconic hosts such as Wayne Carini, Bill Goldberg, Mark Worman, Stacey David, Ant Anstead, Ray Evernham, Chris Jacobs, and Greg Grunberg, showcasing the best in automotive, motorcycle, aviation, and boating content.
Audiences can tune in to see some fantastic vehicles and learn how to spruce up their own. Fans can stream shows on restoration and customization, like Radford Reborn or Graveyard Carz Classics, or check out how-to guides from Two Guys Garage or Rutter’s Detailin’ Garage. The free streaming platform also has historical programs like AmeriCARna w/ Ray Evernham and documentaries like One of a Kind Cars.
Speedvision is available to stream on Prime Video, Amazon Freevee, Fubo, Xumo, Plex, Local Now, Sports.tv, The Grio, LG Channels, TCL, Redbox, Vidaa, and now Sling Freestream, and Samsung TV Plus (EU) join the list.
