Charter Spectrum is planning another price hike for its internet plans, increasing the monthly cost by $5, beginning in December.

Stop the Cap reported that internal customer service documents show that prices will go up for all internet-only customers, including those subscribed to Spectrum’s stream TV packages. Those with a bundle package including both internet and cable TV will not see a price hike, according to the document.

This price hike follows another increase this summer which included raising the cost of Spectrum’s broadcast TV fees which affected stream TV packages as well as cable packages.

If you’re a Spectrum internet customer, you’ll find a notice about the price hike on your November bill, with the new pricing going into effect on December 2. Those who are enrolled in paperless billing will need to go to their online account and view a copy of their November statement to find the notice.
