After a recent update, some Roku users found that they were unable to use the back button their Roku remotes. Users have posted on the Roku message board saying that the back button isn’t working while using apps.
The Roku team is aware of the issue and says that the problem can be resolved by doing a system restart.
Here’s how to restart your device:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power (If you don’t see this, skip to the next step)
- Select System restart
After restarting your device, Roku says that the back button should start working again.
However, some users are reporting that the button still isn’t working after a reboot. We’ll share updates when we hear more from Roku.
