Starting this week, Sling TV subscribers will be able to pay for their monthly subscription with cryptocurrency. Through payment provider Bitpay, subscribers can pay with their preferred digital currency, from Bitcoin Ethereum to Dogecoin.

“Sling is dedicated to offering flexibility, variety and ease. Users can curate a personalized content library with options like Extras, Premiums and A La Carte channels. Sling is also available on the most popular web browsers, mobile devices, game consoles, set-top boxes and smart TVs. And now, by adding a crypto payment subscription manager, Sling brings choice and convenience to its check-out process,” the company shared in an announcement Friday.

For now, only current subscribers can use BItpay and crypto to pay for their monthly subscription. New users will have to sign up with a traditional payment method and wait until after their first month to switch payment methods to BitPay.

Sling will accept the following cryptocurrency through BitPay:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC)
  • Dogecoin (DOGE)
  • Litecoin (LTC)
  • Shiba Inu Coin (SHIB)
  • 5 USD-pegged stablecoins (GUSD, USDC, USDP, DAI, and BUSD)
