Sling TV Freestream Adds 7 New Channels To Its Free Streaming Service

Earlier this month, Sling TV Freestream announced it now had 370 free channels. Now this week, Sling TV quietly added at seven new channels to Sling TV’s free streaming service Freestream.

Sling TV’s new free advertising-supported streaming television service now offers more than 370 channels after these new channels have been added and 41,000 on-demand titles.

Here are the new channels Sling TV Freestream added this week:

  • FilmRise Horror: Scream along to horror classics like “Ginger Snaps,” “Day of the Dead” and “Dracula,” and witness weird supernatural tales starring Jamie Lee Curtis, Sydney Sweeney, Dan Stevens and other stars.
  • FilmRise Kids: Hang out with your favorite animated friends 24/7 with a channel packed with hits like “Barney and Friends,” “Maya Y Miguel,” “Slugterra,” and more.
  • Food52: Founded in 2009, Food52 brings cooks together from all over to exchange recipes and support each other in the kitchen. Its mission is to inspire people to eat thoughtfully and live joyfully in one place—combining passions for cooking and entertaining, curating the kitchen and home shop, and hosting a community platform for home cooks who eat and live well.
