Sling Still Offers a Free Trial, If You Know Where to Look

Like most streaming services, Sling TV offers a free trial for new subscribers. With a free trial, you’ll have time to test out the service to decide if the channel lineup, video quality, DVR, and other features are worth the cost of a monthly subscription for you.

Sling TV also has a great offer for a discounted price on the first month of a subscription. New subscribers can enjoy $10 off of the first month of Sling Orange or Sling Blue (each $20 for the first month, down from $30/month regularly) or $10 off of the first month of a Sling Orange + Blue combo package ($35 for the first month, down from $45/month regularly).

Unfortunately, for those signing up on the web, the free trial won’t appear as an option during the sign up process. However, the free 7 day trial is still available. You’ll just need to sign up through a Sling compatible device.

These are the devices compatible with the Sling TV app:

To get started, download the Sling TV app on any of the compatible devices. As soon as you open the app, you’ll find a button saying Watch Now 7 Days Free. From there, you’ll complete the signup process, including payment information. The credit card you enter will be charged at the end of your 7 day free trial. Be sure to cancel before the 7 days are up to avoid being charged if you don’t wish to continue your subscription.
