Samsung has announced a new partnership with Esty to give users access to a full gallery of original art pieces available to display on Samsungs The Frame Smart TV.

The new collaboration will feature a collection of 25 imaginative, nature-inspired, family-friendly pieces of art in Ultra Hi-Definition. The artwork will be provided by five of Etsy’s artists, Jorey Hurley, Elly Mackay, Melanie Mikecz, David Scheirer and Mirlande Jean-Gilles. Each creator has their own personal style of work and uses a variety of different mediums including collage and watercolor. You can check out each of their Etsy shops here.

Elly Mackay

Elly MacKay is a Canadian children’s book author and illustrator who creates three dimensional paper scenes. She inks paper and cuts it into layers that she sets up in a miniature theatre, which she then photographs.

Melanie Mikecz

Melanie is a freelance artist and illustrator. She specializes in a digital mixed media style that charms children and adults alike.

David Scheirer

David Scheirer is a painter and illustrator who works primarily in watercolors. His work is inspired by his love of animals and nature. David’s work bridges two distinct styles with roots in more traditional and realistic watercolor painting to a whimsical illustration style created with ink and watercolor.

Mirlande Jean-Gilles

Mirlande Jean-Gilles is a visual artist and writer. Her vivid collages are inspired by nature, her children and her Haitian heritage.

The curated collection is in addition to Samsungs library of more than 1200 pieces of art available for display on The Frame SmartTV. The images are designed to be displayed on your TV screen when you’re not using it, so it blends seamlessly with your decor as a piece of art.
