Today Roku and the NBA announced a new partnership to launch a free NBA channel on the Roku Channel called NBA Zone.
This new free 24/7 channel will offer highlights of recent games, re-airings of NBA games, and other NBA programs on The Roku Channel.

We’re giving our users floor seats to an always-on experience, and we’re proud to be doing it in close collaboration with the NBA.”

With this deal, Roku will also exclusively distribute over 40 live NBA 5 League games during the 2024–2025 NBA G League season.

This partnership is a big win for Roku as it tries to bring in more exclusive sports rights.
