Fans of Rick and Morty will be happy to know that Season 7 of the popular animated series will make its streaming arrival on Max on January 22.

The seventh season, which airs on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, premiered on October 15, 2023, and concluded its 10-episode run on December 17. This was the first season to not feature co-creator and executive producer Justin Roiland, who voiced the titular characters and many more. Roiland was replaced by Ian Cardoni as Rick and Harry Belden as Morty.

Critically, the latest season received favorable reviews even with Roiland’s recasting. Audiences, however, didn’t tend to agree. On the popular review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, Season 7 has a 73% rating from critics, but a 43% rating from audiences. Metacritic also has a split score with critics giving it a 73% and audiences giving it a 3.3.

Still, it remains a popular show and one of the most successful for Cartoon Network. Fans of the show who missed out on Rick and Morty’s hijinks or just want to binge the latest season can sign up for Max, below.
