The channel, which began streaming earlier this month, features shows like History’s Greatest Mysteries, alongside other investigative series that delve into unexplained phenomena, historical enigmas, and paranormal events, catering to viewers intrigued by the unknown. With Pluto TV already boasting 80 million monthly active users (April 2023), this addition aims to capture the growing appetite for mystery-driven content.
Unexplained Zone joins Pluto TV’s robust catalog of over 425 channels, offering 24/7 access to programs that probe topics from ancient conspiracies to modern-day cover-ups. History’s Greatest Mysteries, a flagship series on the channel, explores unresolved historical questions—like the fate of Cleopatra’s tomb or the mystery of the Mary Celeste—through expert interviews and dramatic reenactments. The channel also includes other Pluto TV staples such as Unsolved Mysteries with Robert Stack, which has long been a draw on the platform’s mystery lineup, encouraging viewers to help solve cold cases.
The launch aligns with Pluto TV’s strategy to diversify its offerings under Paramount Streaming, especially after integrating content from Paramount’s vast library post the 2019 Viacom-CBS merger.
