Pluto TV Has 15 Million Monthly Users & Is Adding Major League Soccer

Fans of soccer watching matchYesterday at Viacom’s Newfront presentation in New York City, we got some new details about Pluto TV. One of the highlights was the fact that Pluto TV had 15 million users in March.

It was also announced that Pluto TV will be adding Major League Soccer (MLS) to its lineup with details to come. Sadly, we don’t know exactly what will be included, but it is likely that it will at least include highlights of everything happening in the world of MLS.

Pluto TV also announced that its average view time is two hours per session. Even mobile users are averaging 30 minutes per view.

This all comes as Pluto TV has announced deals to bring CNN and BBC to the service sometime later this year. Viacom is also adding 14 new channels on Pluto TV featuring content from MTV, BET, Comedy Central, and even Spike TV.

This is likely just the start of Viacom’s plans for Pluto TV. Look for them to continue to grow Pluto TV throughout 2019 and into 2020.
