Pluto TV and Cheddar Announce a New Exclusive News Hour For Cord Cutters

Today Cheddar today commenced broadcast of an exclusive hour of live business news programming on Pluto TV, the leading free Internet television service in America. This 7-8am PT hour airs only on Pluto TV among free-to-use platforms.

“Our viewers love real-time content and they also love Cheddar. As one of our more popular channels, they watch Cheddar for an average of 35 minutes a day,” said Tom Ryan, CEO of Pluto TV. “Together with Cheddar, we are now providing digital first content, which is live and immediately updates millions of viewers about the world around them.”

Cheddar’s channel on Pluto TV launched in January. In addition to the new hour of programming, it includes a live hour of the Opening Bell show (9-10am ET) and live hour of the Between Bells show (12-1pm ET). Also Cheddar’s program, which consists of interviews with financial and technology leaders, is available on Cheddar’s channel, News 24/7, Business News 24/7, and The Feed.
