Are you a PlayStation Vue subscriber? If you want to keep your service until PlayStation Vue shuts down in January 2020 you need to make sure to keep your payment information current.

Last Friday, PlayStation Vue stopped accepting new PlayStation Vue subscribers. Now Cord Cutters News has learned that should your PlayStation Vue subscription lapse because of a failed payment you will not be able to restart your subscription even if you update your payment information.

According to reports, even Sony’s customer service team will be unable to help you restart your PlayStation Vue Account if you let it lapse. Sadly, with PlayStation Vue shutting down it seems that Sony has made it impossible to add additional subscribers at this time.

If you are a current subscriber you can keep using PlayStation Vue until the end of January 2020 as long as you don’t let your subscription lapse for any reason. If you had been thinking about trying PlayStation Vue to see what all the talk is about you need to find someone who already has the service.
