Today we got our first look at Amazon’s two new Fire TV devices. It looks like Amazon wants to make the Fire TV box much more of an Amazon Echo type device and have a slightly more powerful Fire TV stick.
Here is a photo of the two new devices that AFTVnews posted today:
As best we can tell the mid-range Fire TV device will be faster than a Fire TV 2nd Gen Stick but slower than a 1st gen Fire TV box.
Right now no dates have been set for when these two devices will hit the market. Yet recently Amazon stopped selling the Fire TV 2nd gen box. That likely points to the new Fire TVs coming out in the next few weeks.
