Philo still has limited device support focusing mainly on Roku and iOS devices. Last week the Philo CEO announced plans to add support for the Apple TV, Android, and Fire TV this year, but if you don’t have a Roku or iOS device Philo offered little for you.
Now that is changing as Philo announces app support for almost every network they offer. Most Viacom, Discovery, Scripps Networks, and more allow you to log in with your Philo log in details. This will enable you to use Philo to access content on Android, Apple TV, and Amazon Fire TV to name a few (as long as you are willing to use network apps).
In the past, Philo has offered support for network apps, but they have been limited. Now most network apps are supported with your Philo subscription.
