College basketball season is right around the corner and Peacock and the Big Ten have teamed up to bring subscribers over 30 exclusive games featuring some of the best teams in the sport. Each school in the conference will appear on the streaming platform at least once, and there will be interconference matchups between AP preseason Top 25 teams.
As one of the major conferences in college basketball, the Big Ten sent eight teams to the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament last season, which was more than any other conference. The upcoming season will tipoff on Peacock on November 6, with Rutgers taking on Princeton in the inaugural Jersey Jam. The first in-conference game will be between Michigan State and Wisconsin in the first game of a doubleheader on December 5. Later that night, the Indiana Hoosiers will travel to Ann Arbor to take on the Michigan Wolverines.
Big Ten powerhouses that will appear exclusively on Peacock more than four times include Purdue, Indiana, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio State, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Other highlights from the conference that will be available to stream on the platform include live Big Ten tournament games, another entry in the Michigan-Michigan State rivalry, and a rematch between the Wisconsin Badgers and Ohio State Buckeyes.
