Leveraging NBC Sports’ production expertise and Peacock’s leadership in live streaming, the service aims to capture the vibrant culture of the NBA, its teams, and players, delivering a dynamic viewing experience starting this fall.

Peacock also introduces interactive elements to deepen fan engagement. The Peacock ScoreCard transforms viewing into a game-like experience, blending bingo and fantasy sports. Fans select a game card based on a team or theme, earning points as events unfold, with personalized alerts and a season leaderboard that may feature top players’ usernames on-air. The Peacock Performance View provides a toggleable overlay of real-time stats, offering insights into player performance and game trends, helping fans anticipate key moments.
For an unparalleled courtside experience, Courtside Live debuts during the second half of the season for Peacock’s exclusive Monday night games. This feature immerses fans in the arena’s energy, spotlighting player arrivals, pre-game shootarounds, celebrity reactions, and more, with customizable viewing options via Multiview on TV or mobile.
Peacock’s NBA coverage, part of an 11-year agreement with the NBA, includes exclusive Monday night games, Tuesday night regional doubleheaders, and Sunday Night Basketball starting in 2026. The broadcast team features analysts Jamal Crawford, Reggie Miller, and Carmelo Anthony, with play-by-play by Mike Tirico and Noah Eagle. The iconic “Roundball Rock” anthem and an AI-generated voice of former narrator Jim Fagan will enhance the nostalgic appeal.
