If you were excited to watch some Nickelodeon content on Paramount+ today, you may have noticed that suddenly, some of its most popular shows are now missing. Recently pramount+ has removed 10 Nickelodeon original series, including ‘Blue’s Clues & You’ along with “Rugrats.”

All the impacted shows are Are You Afraid of the Dark? (2019-2022), Blue’s Clues & You! (2019), It’s Pony (2020-2022), Middlemost Post (2021-2022), Ollie’s Pack (2020), Ryan’s Mystery Playdate (2019-2023), Santiago of the Seas (2020), That Girl Lay Lay (2021-2024) as well as the made-for-Paramount+ Big Nate (2022)and Rugrats (2021) according to report by Deadline.

This comes as Paramount hopes cut costs by cutting back on some of the content it offers through its streaming service. Removing this content reduces payments to third parties, cutting back don’t the costs for Paramount.

This all comes as Paramount+ struggles to become profitable. It is reported that the service should be profitable this year or next year. At this time, though, the exact date that will happen is unknown.

Paramount is not the only company cutting back on content. Other major streaming services, including Disney, have also been removing content from their platforms to help cut costs over the last year.
