Earlier year, Paramount+ officially announced that it will be raising its price when it added Showtime content on June 27th, 2023. Now Paramount+ has started to notify customers that their bills will be going up on their next renewal after July 27th, 2023.
The good news is you get the Showtime content now but don’t have to pay for it until your next bill. Even if you have prepaid for a year you get to keep your current price until the next renewal. This brings a ton of new content to Paramount+, including some popular shows like the final season of Dexter.
With all of this new content, Paramount+ will be raising the price of its service by $1 to $2 a month account for the new Showtime content. The ad-supported plan will go up to $5.99 a month, and the ad-free version will go up to $11.99 a month.
The new ad-free plan has now cone up from $99.99 a year to $119.99 a year with Showtime.
