The Nvidia Shield is about to celbrate its first birthday with a ton of new apps, games, and & HDR content for your new HDR TV.
The Shield is about to get a ton of new 4K content with the launch of VUDU 4K. This Android TV app will be available in the next software upgrade. SHIELD will be the only Android TV device supporting VUDU in cross app searches.
SHIELD is the first Android TV media device to support HDR. And with their next software update, SHIELD will support Netflix HDR. Also HDR Game Streams will be available with a new, Pascal-based, GPU. SHIELD also now supports YouTube 4K at 60 frames-per-second.
The game library also continues to grow with Resident Evil 5 and two new GeForce NOW titles.
