Apple has a new way for sports fans to stay in step with their favorite teams.

The free Apple Sports app includes real-time scores, stats, and more for leagues currently in season like MLS, NBA, Men’s and Women’s NCAA basketball, NHL, Bundesliga, LaLiga, Liga MX, Ligue 1, Premier League, and Serie A. MLB, NFL, NCAAF, NWSL, and the WNBA will join the app in the future.

The app ties in with Apple TV and lets users seamlessly swap over to the streaming service to watch live games. The app also syncs up with favorited teams in the My Sports section of Apple TV and Apple News.

By launching the app, Apple is taking another step into its ongoing plans to build out its live sports content — which is currently in high demand.

The tech giant also has exclusive streaming rights to all MLS games through 2032 and offers an MLS Season Pass subscription. Apple also has a deal with MLB to stream Friday Night Baseball on Apple TV+.

Through Apple Sports, users can also customize scoreboards, navigate between scores and upcoming games as well as explore play-by-play information, team stats, lineup details, and live betting odds. Users can turn off the live betting odds feature in settings.

“We created Apple Sports to give sports fans what they want — an app that delivers incredibly fast access to scores and stats,” Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of services, said in a statement.

The app is available to download now in the U.S., United Kingdom, and Canada.
