Netflix has a new collection for classic film-favorites hitting major milestones this year.
The streaming giant launched its Milestone Movies: Anniversary Collection on Wednesday. This month, the lineup includes “award-winners, guilty pleasures, and cult classics” released in 1974, or turning 50 years old.
Movies from 1984 (turning 40), 1994 (turning 30), and 2004 (turning 20) will be featured in the collection in April, July, and October, respectively, according to Netflix.

- The Lord of Flatbrush
- Chinatown
- The Front Page
- Manoranjan
- Murder on the Orient Express
- Black Belt Jones
- The Little Prince
- California Split
- The Great Gatsby
- Death Wish
- The Conversation
- It’s Alive
- Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore
- Blazing Saddles
- The Gambler
- The Parallax View
- The Street Fighter
In addition, Netflix said it will host in-person screenings in at the Paris Theater in New York as well as Los Angeles’ Egyptian and Bay theaters throughout the year.
“When the life of a movie hits a milestone, that’s also something to celebrate,” Netflix said in a release.
