After canceling several popular shows like sense8 it will likely surprise many that Netflix just renewed Bill Nye Saves the World for a second season. Netflix did so by posting a YouTube video with this tagline “Bill is coming back with even more ways to save the world.”
The show has been described as:
Bill Nye explores the significance of science on modern society, politics and culture while using an objective lens to disprove anti-scientific claims made by hegemonic institutions.
No date has been set for the second season of Bill Nye Saves The World other than to say coming soon.
