COZI TV, NBCUniversal Local’s national multicast network known for its collection of iconic television shows and pop culture classics, has secured the digital broadcast rights to the acclaimed family sitcom George Lopez. The 120-episode series, produced by Warner Bros. Television, is a celebrated comedy that earned a Primetime Emmy Award and became a cultural staple during its original run. The series will make its COZI TV debut with a special 16-hour Labor Day marathon on September 1, running from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. ET. Following the marathon, George Lopez will settle into COZI TV’s regular schedule starting September 2, airing weeknights from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. ET and afternoons from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. ET.
