Today MOBITV announced a deal with over 210 networks including Disney, FOX, NBCUnicersal, Viacom, and more to helo cable TV companies stream their content online.

The question now is will just putting cable TV online be enough to slow down or reverse the massive losses in the traditional pay-TV space. Many providers seem to be betting on the idea that if they can just put it online cord cutters will come back to cable TV. Only time will tell if this effort is successful.
