Max to Stream First Ever NBA 2K25 Alternate Broadcast During 2024 NBA Cup Games

NBA 2K fans will be happy to know that the video game is about to get real-life treatment during the 2024 Emirates NBA Cup Quarterfinals and Semifinals streaming live on Max.

The first-of-its-kind NBA2K25 DataCast will air linearly on TNT and truTV, as TNT Sports’ coverage of the game will incorporate NBA2K25 overlays, including the Shot Meter, 2K Badges, official 2K camera angles and more, paired with split-second game insights, including player tracking, shot probability, and shot distance powered by Genius Sports, which will be embedded throughout the telecasts.

The premiere of the immersive analytic-driven 2K-augmented viewing experience will tip off on Tuesday, December 10. with a 2024 Emirates NBA Cup Quarterfinals doubleheader. The first game of the night will feature the Orlando Magic traveling to take on the Milwaukee Bucks at 7:00 PM ET. Game 2 will be a Western Conference showdown when the Dallas Mavericks travel to take on the Oklahoma City Thunder at 9:30 PM ET. Big names featured on the telecast include Vince Carter, Candace Parker, Channing Frye, Adam Lefkoe, Kirk Goldsberry, and others.

Those who play NBA 2K will have an added incentive to watch the NBA 2K25 DataCasts broadcasts. During the telecasts, fans will have the opportunity to redeem six total NBA 2K25 Locker Codes each unlocking an Amethyst MyTEAM pack, allowing players to choose one of 11 NBA superstars to build the ultimate MyTEAM lineup.
