MASN, the regional sports network that airs Baltimore Orioles coverage, has announced a multiyear carriage agreement with Spectrum that will bring Orioles coverage to Spectrum customers in areas of southeastern Maryland and Virginia, and eastern North Carolina.
Starting today, Spectrum customers in-market will find MASN on their channel lineup. MASN will offer coverage of every available Orioles game, including pre- and postgame shows, along with minor league affiliate games and select NCAA men’s and women’s sports, and MASN’s lineup of live college football and basketball, boxing, MMA, horseracing, and more.
“MASN is excited to partner with Spectrum and to provide Orioles fans with another option to connect with their favorite team,” said Greg Bader, Executive Vice President and General Manager, MASN. “This new partnership will deliver O’s baseball and local collegiate sports to a deserving audience.”
“Our customers want the simplest way to watch the Orioles, and this partnership with MASN delivers exactly that,” said Tom Montemagno, Executive Vice President of Programming Acquisition, Spectrum. “By adding MASN to our lineup, we’re making it easier for Orioles fans to follow along with every pitch, big hit and late-inning rally throughout the season and enjoy even more premium local sports programming.”
